BOOKING POLICY: Effective March 2024 All clients will require a card on file and 50% non refundable/non transferable deposit to book an appointment. My hours have changed to Tues/Thurs & every other Saturday 3:30-6:30PM! That means limited availability. Only way to guarantee your appointment the next month is to PREBOOK your appointment! My schedule will open every month on the 30th/31st. So pay attention to emails/texts and have post notifications on for IG! Set alarms ‼️ 🫶🏽 CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY: You must cancel or reschedule your appointment if needed at LEAST 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Failure to cancel before 24 hours will result in a fee of 100% of the total cost. NO SHOW POLICY: No Shows will result in a fee of the remaining balance to equal 100% of the service. If your card declines you will be banned from being able to book again and immediately fired as a client. LATE POLICY: There is a 5 minute grace period. You must be in my suite at the 5 minute mark or you will be marked as a no show and be charged the no show fee of 100%. That means you have already gone to the bathroom etc before your appointment.
