CANCELLATION POLICY

BOOKING POLICY: Effective March 2024 New clients will be required to place a 50% retainer fee to book an appointment! Returning clients will not be required to place a retainer unless chronic rescheduling/cancellations occur. CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY: You must cancel or reschedule your appointment if needed at LEAST 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Failure to cancel before 24 hours will result in a fee of 100% of the total cost. NO SHOW POLICY: No Shows will result in a fee of the remaining balance to equal 100% of the service. If your card declines you will be banned from being able to book again and immediately fired as a client. LATE POLICY: There is a 10 minute grace period. You must be in my suite at the 10 minute mark or you will be marked as a no show and be charged the no show fee of 100%. That means you have already gone to the bathroom etc before your appointment. If you are running late please communicate with me. If you do not communicate with me, no show policy goes into effect. If you have any questions please select the contact section of my website.
